Hello, I am an Indian Citizen, living in the USA. I'm planning to get a tourist visa for my 5 year old USA born son. Could you please tell me how I can get a visa for a long duration (more than 6 months). The websites gave me an option for 1 month only. However in the visa application form I did mention I'm looking for a 12 month long multiple entry visa. Could you please advise what I should do?

Dear Madam/Sir, I have a valid 5 year tourist visa in my US passport issued from before the Pandemic. My understanding is that my visa won’t be considered in 2022 and instead I need an e-visa. Is this correct? I am planning a visit March 1-16, 2022. Thank you very much for your kind guidance in this matter.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have a 6 month old US born son, who travelled with me on an entry visa in oct 2020. His visa is going to expire in March -2021. Due to my US Visa process I may not be able to travel back in march, so wanted to extend his entry visa. I would like to know what the process should be?

I am a U.S. citizen who has had the two Pfizer Vaccinations and the Booster. I want to apply for a Medical Visa. I will have a substantive letter from a reputable Indian Medical Organization upon application. I understand I can apply for a 3 60day in 1 year Medical Visa for $140.00, and that the 60 day period begins upon arrival in India. My questions are: 1) Do I have to fly to a place like Nepal or Sri Lanka, go to an Indian Consulate to reapply for both the 2nd and 3rd 60 day Medical Stays? 2) How long do I have to stay out of India before I get this 2nd and 3rd Medical Stay? 3) Is it possible to get a continuation from 1st to 2nd to 3rd Medical Stay? 4) What are all the details, PLEASE, that I need to know in order to facilitate this necessary 180 day medical stay? Thank You, jay kronish
